Everything You Need to Know

We always want to provide the best product possible, so before every project is started we change the needles and clean the machine to ensure high quality quilting on your quilt tops.

If a quilter has to prepare your quilt back or quilt top by ironing to ensure quality quilting a quilt preparation fee of $15 will be charged.

Standard thread is included with all quilt tops at no charge. If specialty thread is requested there is an additional charge.

To keep our quilting prices competitive, if you choose a pattern that is not currently in our inventory, we do charge a pattern fee of $7.50.

To ensure that your product arrives in the expected condition, we do insure all packages through the United States Postal services up to the cost of your original purchase price, so if there is any damage to your produce you can get reimbursement, with proof that product was damaged or not received. Insurance is included at no cost.

If you are buying one of our products in the online store, due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept returns at this time.
